Who can have a TKD Birthday Party at Chosun Academy? Anyone ages 3 and up.
Does a person have to be a member of Chosun Black Belt Academy to have a Birthday Party? No, Chosun Academy provides birthday parties to non-members as well. Members of the Academy do receive a discounted rate however.
How far in advance does a party need to be booked? In order to provide the best service, a party should be booked a minimum of at least two weeks in advance. This may be different if there are any custom order arrangements.
Can I make any changes to the party arrangements? Yes. Speak to a Party Coordinator if there is something special you would like for the party.
Do I need to bring plates and napkins, etc? No, not unless you would like specific theme party-ware for your child.
Do I need to come early to set-up or stay late for set-up? No. We will take care of this for you at no extra charge. Just relax and enjoy.
Do you take pictures? No, unfortunately, you would know best what pictures you would like at the party so we leave that part to you.
Can I bring a video camera? Absolutely! It’s your child’s party so we encourage bringing a camera to replay it later for him/her.
Is there a limit on the number of guests we can invite? Yes, unfortuantely due to limited space, you are allowed to invite up to 20 guests.
Will I need to arrange for games to be played? No. The Party Coordinator will make all of the arrangements. If there is something specific that your child likes to play, then please notify the Coordinator ahead of time and that can be arranged.
How long will the party last? Normally a party will last for approximately 1½ hours.
